A One Time License (Paid Up) is avaiable for $1349.00 . Unlike the yearly and monthly licenses, the One Time license never expires. The One Time License is only available availablel as a full server license; One Time Licenses are not currently offered for VDS or Virtuzzo servers. The One Time license includes one year of basic support from cPanel as well as upgrades for two years, or to any newer version of cPanel. Additional years of support and updates can be added.
